It's all good, bro, I'm just a "worst case scenario" kinda guy.  Murphy's Law, right?

 

"Worst case scenario" and inventing schit to worry about are two different things.  You're all wrapped around the axle over this, and you don't need to be.  The comment of "but the longer one sits, the more likely it is you'll have a slightly less accurate..." is proof of that.

 

You can zero it today, park it in your safe for 25 years untouched, and it's not going to be less accurate.
