Cummins Charger/Duramax Camaro

Recommended Posts

I love me some horsepower - but it's just a number that's only derived from Torque calculations.  It's measurable, but only from torque readings over time.

These two right here - are just badass...

That was really cool.

My oldest will be drooling and planning after seeing this, if he hasn't already watched it multiple times......diesel freak.

There is only one diesel and his name is Power stroke........ lol.. that is way cool love the charger

Unless you had the 6.0 L engine.  That one was the Power Joke...  :lmao:  Headgaskets left and right, and the real answer was ARP headstuds and run a 7-step torque pattern all the way up to 245lb/ft of torque...   :laffs:

That engine in that Charger is the old-skool 12V Cummins, last year of that engine was in 1998 or 1999.  Right after that was the 24V engine, and it was different - but not as easy to get power out of, like that older 12V.

Everyone is looking for a 12 V when buying a used dodge pickup around here ...but the 7.3 powerstroke is still king in these parts.. for older trucks mine has 299,000 on it and still going strong....

Toss a P7100 injection pump on a 12V, and just crank it up.  That's easy power and torque, right there, brother.
