He was one of them odd ball kids, i had to take away his varoom bicycle when he was 22. neighbors was talking. It wasn't so much he was riding a small kids bike, it was the ken doll he had duct taped to the handle bars he called co-pilot. you young guys probably won't know what a varoom bicycle was.

I do it was the balloon, popcicle stick upgrade.
