Sisco Posted November 14, 2017 Report Share Posted November 14, 2017 I make Chori Pollo a lot, very similar.Thin chicken strips, good chorizo, onion, black beans, green chilis, with ancho and chipolte chili powder, adobo, cumin, over rice, or with the black beans on the side. All kidding aside that sounds great I miss rabbit, my old man and I used to run beagles on rabbits as a kid. I’m real good at de cocking a hammer gun due to rabbit hunting too. After I got good with my 12 ga the old man gave me my grandpas 28 ga single shot. Group of my buddies were gonna get together and try running some rabbits last winter but we had shit for snow, really wish I had a beagle or two to run some rabbit.
