Kalbi, brother, Kalbi.  It's Korean  (갈비).   Done enough time over there in the ROK, and eaten tons of it, maybe literally...   :lmao:   Lettuce leaf, rice, red pepper paste (Go Chu), and the meat all wrapped up.  I could get fat(ter) living on that stuff.  I love it.

Took a break, half boneless pork butt on the GM. 4lbs. in 5 hrs. following the GM recipe to the letter and wrapping it in foil to get to 195*. Juciest piece ever.

12/3/4* Turkey bringing for 8 hours then  stuck in the but with  vegies based in its juicy..nes we shal see if I  can smoke a Turkey .? Happy Thanksgiving fuckers love you! made a covid batch of  deviled eggs. got myself !
