Scratcha

Well, I bought some Rustoleum High Heat, Flat Black paint. Wiped the barrel down really good with denatured alchohol; then sprayed about 4 light coats on. It came out good! I tried to scrape some off, it seems pretty durable, right now anyway. I will try to get some pics. on. Thanks for the suggestions everyone!

Hey everyone, Hopefully y'all had a good weekend. It's been hotter than Georgia asphalt, down here in Florida! I was thinking about painting my Stainless barrel an industrial flat black. Has anyone tried this before? I like the Stainless barrels, but not for hunting; it can be too "glinty" at times. I don't know of a barrel coating that I could use. Flat black should be O.K. if it's done right. Thanks for the input!

Hey Everyone, I'm a brand new member to the site. I just purchased a DPMS Panther LR308; I haven't broke-in the rifle yet. I wanted to get everyone's opinions, on things I need to check, or adjust on the rifle, since I am brand new to the AR platform. Thanks for any input
