I put two on back order back in the beginning of March of this year,and still havent seen them. Has anyone else backordered them, and recieved them from Allied Armory? If so, what was the time frame? Thanks. Also, gunmagwarehouse.com says they have 53 instock. I know they are listing them for 50 bucks, vs the 25 I paid at allied but youd think those would all be gon as well. Thanks.

I'm building off of a mega Ma-TEN set. Should I be looking at any particular FF tube with the mega? I like the look of Daniel Defenses locking methods, with the opposing Allen screws and all. Just looks solid.

Thanks gents for the replies. I'm still up in the air, as the rainier arms 11" tube is catching my eye as well. I just can't get over the " purpleness" of the anodizing compared to the receiver set in the photo of the asseymbled rifle they have on their site.

No one has a mega MA-10 set, DPMS SASS barrel, and a 12" Daniel defense lite rail? Is the SASS barrel considered a bull barrel?

Noticed on DD's web site they mention the rail system isn't compatible with bull barrels. Does the sass barrel work with the lite rail? Was planning on using the rifle length free float tube. Also, what the hell is up with JP's lead times on BCG's? I have a current back order on one, and can't seem to get any feedback from them.

All I can seem to find are CAR tubes for my .308 AR build. I planned on using the magpul PRS stock, but I'm thinking of changing my mind since I can't find the dagone buffer tube. Where should I look? Thanks.

the only positive I have decided on so far is starting with a MA-TEN set, then I'll more than likely put a PRS stock on it. Ill be ordering the set as soon as I sell my side folding SKS for some funds. Not too sure on barrel, still shopping/making my wish list. Im not made of money, so going with the most expensive is not likely in the guns future. I dont want dirt cheap, just something middle of the road that I can have fun with and hit what Im aiming at. Fulton barrel is what I'm eyeing at the moment.

Former Marine and current Firefighter looking to build my AR-10. Hopefully this site will be of some use during the process. My plan is to build a long barreled, long range sniper-like rifle to have fun shooting cans (or trying to) and what ever else we can get our hands on out to 600, 700 yards.
