Looking for or anyone know of a good resource to find a DPMS 24" complete upper - priced fairly. There are some on GunBroker around $800, but that's too much for my budget. Someone quoted me the following: Upper for $159.95 Complete BCG for $199.95 Charging Handle for $40.00 24'' fluted Barrel for $260.00 Double Star gas block for $45.00 Gas tube for $7.00 Install for $60.00 Shipping for $15.00 Total would be $786.90 Is this a fair price? I am not a gunsmith, nor have the equipment or know-how (yet) to put this together. thanks!!

First time post...great site here guys. Here's my LR-308 with a quad rail and a Nikon Omega BCD scope. Used the rifle to take a nice nine-point this year at about 265 yards. Heading to Montana next May for Black Bear, might take this along. Looking for a 24" complete upper - anyone know of a good source? thanks!
