Thanks for the warm welcome, folks. First things first, I reckon I need to get busy locating some mags and ammo. (Pretty slim pickings around these parts) Then I'd better start reading up on the pages upon pages of info on here....work to do..... <thumbsup>

Signing in. Just bought a new ORC at Walmart-of all places. Had just been to the Local Gun Show in Tucson the day before and left shaking my head at the prices and availability. I had pretty much given up on the likely-hood of finding a decent AR-10 when I happened to walk in to Walmart and spotted a Bushy box sitting on a hand truck behind the chains in the Hunting Dept. Queried the first employee I saw and lo and behold, it had just come off the truck. I then spotted a straggler at the counter with wide-eyes so I laid claim to it right then and there! Drove home with it an hour later. The planets must have aligned that day. Can't wait to "make it mine".
