I don't have any tools or knowledge to put one together. Could I slap a dpms recon on the lower and run it without any more changes?

My DPMS LR308 stainless 24" bull barrel panther is a beast. What uppers would work with this lower? I want a 16" barrel free floated cause I like to use a sling, 100 meter steel plicking and a deer hunt when I would like to take it for a walk (my 556 is not legal to take game here its to small) is the needs.
