The good news is the RRA LAR-8 is a high quality built to your specs (basically) extremely accurate 308 AR type rifle, the other good news is www.mosesmag.com is in the process of making a high quality polymer 20 rd mag that will take care of the LAR-8 hard to find a good quality working magazine problem as they are in the process of making a mag built and designed specifically for the LAR-8 that has already been proven by me modifying one of their existing /available polymer 20 rd FAL mags to fit the LAR-8. Once the outer ribs of the FAL mag are sanded/filed/dremeled so it will fit the deeper magwell of the LAR-8 it has functioned flawlessly in my LAR-8, so I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the mosesmag LAR-8 dedicated 20 rd polymer mag!!!!! I waited over 8 months to get my LAR-8 and it was well worth the wait!!!!!! It shoots honest to goodness 3/4" groups with surplus Portuguese ammo @ 100 yds!!!!!!!! I have a 10xSWFA super sniper scope on it.
