How do I know if my gun is high profile or low profile?

The barrel I have for my Remington R-25 has been to he'll and back several times. What would be a good barrel to go with for under 500.00 dollars? Preferably spiral fluted if possible. Thanks for any help

Can anyone tell me how to get the f-ing hand guard off of a Remington r -25? I have tried almost everything and can't get it off? Help me please!!

I bought a magpul prs stock because the factory stock is uncomfortable. Bought a muzzle break and in the future will buy a supressor. Any suggestions on optics? In the $500 price range

I recently bought a Remington r25 in .308. I'm wanting to build it into a long range shooter(1000 yds. +). I'm new to the ar game so if anybody has any suggestions on barrels, optics, stocks, compensators, or any other accessories for this gun any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
