Yeah as Planefly21 has pointed out on a few other threads Hogan is not very easy to deal with, but I had to have this brand because it is a family name.

Warthog My new wife is the one that got it for me. No budget parts will be bought on what I want not price. For this one I think 18-20" but the second 308 I think a 14 would be cool Ill put on top this one maybe backup irons Plain I don't need a bunch of flash.

Hi Guys I am new to the site and completely new to AR builds. I just got married and for my wedding gift I was given a Hogan .308 striped upper and lower. From what I can find (please correct me if I'm wrong) Hogan will take the DPMS style parts. What other brand parts are interchangeable? I would like a basic list of all the parts I need to complete my build. Case in point if I buy a Lower Receiver Parts Kit will I still need to buy other components to have a top notch trigger? I am not looking for name brand because I will do the research into what is the best parts I want to use. This will be a slow build because part of the deal on this gun is she buys me parts over time. Thanks in advance for your help. Also if a thread already has this info I will look there, but I did search this website and did not find it.
