  1. Is this forum for real? It seem like trolls reunion here ... I am out!
  2. yap-yap ...
  3. Actually instead of drill and screw I use sand paper and glue this butt to the stock. Great result and it is better to my vision, sorry no time for your kidds yap-yaps here and thanks for the butt suggestion. I am surprised that RRA is not offering these for any LAR models.
  4. It is a bit better now :)
  5. well, nothing is as cheap as it it looks from RRA, why not to post photo? is it complicated?
  6. So, is it tough to get photo? I am not very comfortable on screwing something into $1500 rifle, can I see how it looks?
  7. Thanks, would you mind posting photo? I just order one ...
  8. Ary you saying that for two top screws I fon't need anything, they are self drilling? Confusing.
  9. I see no place to screw anything on my stock, one screw hole only. Picture showing 3, how do you install it? I don't think it is for Lar-8 car stock.
  10. rra made softer pad is not that easy to install, they said needs tools. what does it mean, which tools? i hope for some clipon type with no screws or gunsmithing.
  11. My stock is cheapo tactical CAR, it will brake my shoulder bones one day, hard as stone ... :) any way I could replace just stock part not pipe etc? maybe any rubber attachment to it to reduce recoil you might suggest?
  12. I would like to change my charging handle and stock with something better, both are pretty bad, anything good not RRA made you could suggest?
  13. Just shoot 160 rounds of Silver Bear and 100 rounds American Eagle, see no difference in results. Actually I never got results like this with any other rifle I own. Rifle is not anyhow dirty inside and cleaning was easy, Honestly I see no point of spending over I paid for the Silver Bear. I believe it was $8.95 per pack of 20 rounds from SGAmmo. I wouldn't try Tula however...
  14. Right above, if you wish I could paint them in red, it will cost you a little more ... :)
  15. Who said I do? But I could always re-sale mine ;) I guess some "ferrari" rifle owners might buy it ...
  16. Interesting. Should I offer you some .308 rounds for $2-3 each? Would it satisfy your "my rifle is not cheap..." ego? If you think this is expensive rifle you might need to check Sig's .308 rifles for example.
  17. It is actually one of the cheapest .308 rifles available. Anyway I agree that still is crap but don't know anyone who got into problems with it. Just placed order of Freedom reloads, cheapest brass I could get so far.
  18. Cleaning is not a big deal, I do anyway with any ammo. Any harm reports on LAR8? Could anyone suggest online place selling cheaper brass .308 reloads you might suggest?
  19. I am mixing my ammo for lar8 with some cheaper russian steel ammo, shots OK so far. Any issues on long term? Unfortunatly brass is tough to get with the price less than $.50 per round. Reloads from the known places are not available in good price as well. Should I wait for hunting season is over or Christmas sale for the brass? :)
  20. Thanks, unfortunatly I am in NJ and all these available yet mags are 20 rounds.
  21. I own quiet number of rifles and pistols, besides maybe Beretta nobody is charging as much for small mags, what is going on?
  22. Thanks, but it is actually $54!!! per 10 round mag and out of stock: http://www.impactguns.com/rock-river-lar-8-steel-10-round-mag-308-caliber-308a0118lc10.aspx
  23. I could pin it, that is OK
