Good morning. As stated in my intro, I`m a long time shooter but am new to the 308 AR platform. How is the AR on .308 brass? The M1A`s in which I`m used to loading for are very hard on brass, I would only reload it 4 times max after a case-head separation check (paper clip test). I use GI brass. How many times can I expect to use brass out of a RRA LAR-8? Surplus 4895 is my main powder for .223 and .308. I ASSume it`s fine for the .308 platform pressure wise? Is the .308 platform about the same as the AR15 as far as handloading techniques go (only bigger)? Thanks, 7shooter
