  1. Ok gun is getting shipped back to me the cleaned and polished the bolt and polished the chamber and feed ramps. Glad I sent it in great customer service
  2. No sent it In today for a rma and the engineer said they will probably replace the upper and the bolt with the newer updated parts
  3. I sent it in to ruger great customer service
  4. Well ya got me I'm not an expert. And I try to rule out as much as I can. That's why I came here for another opinion
  5. This is from a ruger engineer when I was having issues at first Gas setting of zero will make it a single shot Gas setting of 1 is hot load with heavy bullets (High pressures) Gas setting of 2 is normal operation. If you're shooting standard ammo, this would be best. Gas setting of 3 is for light loads like sub-sonic and bunny farts. (Low pressures) I used a bronze Dewey brush on my chamber with copious amounts of solvent then the dry mop. Mine did a couple stove pipes then repeatedly failed to extract when it was dirty. Lube on the BCG good and I run mine wet too. Just keep it out of the chamber. With gas on 3, and regular loads, that bolt is moving too fast and slamming/bouncing against the end of the buffer stroke. Clean her up, set your gas on 2, and enjoy!
  6. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BlCiJJOgPSc It's my guns smaller brother but ruger uses the same bolt design. When I get the chance I'll put it out and look
  7. Well I did lol and I didn't even pull my gun apart ruger uses a proprietary piston system and it looks like I don't have one. But to be honest the first four where my fault I had the piston set to max gas and it caused the bolt yo move to fast. And prevent the extracting shell to stovepipe. So I turn down the piston system and cleaned the shot out of it and have ran mostly match grade threw it but after 250 one reminton bullet stovepiped lol.

  9. Thanks and I will probably buy a bcm o ring. And this gun loves match grade ammo. Ppu is meh the Remington has a like a coating on it and I think it's sticking in the chamber.
  10. Pay a lot of Money for a gun and it stovepipes lol
  11. I've shoot over 700 rounds threw mine and have had 5 failure to extract. Happened with ppu and reminton ammunition. So what can I do to fix this it's kinda annoying. Thanks guys
