Yeah I guess I don't understand that. I just lot a lower for JSE shipped to my local FFL and walked away with it the day I arrived. Ohio is pretty flexible - is it because of State laws?

Just curious, why the delay from FFL to FFL? Or is OP picking up locally?

That's actually the one I just purchased for my 308 build. I've used LaRue for 556, and they make a great barrel for sure; but as already discovered, you cannot use their 308 barrel for a custom build.

I decided to build an AR-10 recently (have all the parts - except lower parts kit and grip - both on back order, apparently). While researching various aspects of the build, I stumbled across this site and decided if I'm going to build an AR-10 I should join a good community. Best, -mjg

I would second (or third or fourth) Mega - I just purchased the Mega Arms Maten MML M-LOK Ambi 16" set and love the quality of the product. They are hard to find - but well worth it in my opinion.
