You're forgiven. Are you aware of an AR308 rifle (the new generation that uses as much AR15 hardware as possible) being made now? Like the Remington R10, DPMS, PSA X version?? I had an Anderson AR308 and it was too heavy, had an odd trigger guard, lacked a forward assist, and lacked a port cover. I'm interested in an authentic AR15 style 308 that is lighter, has authentic styling, and is cost effective similar to the above brands. Sure it will kick more. Thank you

I just put together an Anderson Manufacturing AM10 complete kit. I'm happy with it, smooth machining and shot well (3 round test). It was not super cheap at about $700+. (they had a 10% off sale). I noticed that Tiger Rock has a complete (less lower) kit available for around $400. They say it is compatible with DPMS style lowers. If I can find a lower in the less than $100 range I could have a very cost effective AR 308, say $500+? One question I have, DPMS style is sort of broad. Type l, ll, many manufacturers, etc. I want a good looking rifle. Tiger Rock is in sort of transition and is working on the details, so does not have a ready answer yet. I would appreciate some comments from you...your thoughts? Thank you, Bob
