I just put together an Anderson Manufacturing AM10 complete kit. I'm happy with it, smooth machining and shot well (3 round test). It was not super cheap at about $700+. (they had a 10% off sale).
I noticed that Tiger Rock has a complete (less lower) kit available for around $400. They say it is compatible with DPMS style lowers. If I can find a lower in the less than $100 range I could have a very cost effective AR 308, say $500+? One question I have, DPMS style is sort of broad. Type l, ll, many manufacturers, etc. I want a good looking rifle. Tiger Rock is in sort of transition and is working on the details, so does not have a ready answer yet.
I would appreciate some comments from you...your thoughts?
Thank you,
Bob
