Hello all! I've been the proud owner of a dpms lr-308b since 2009. That gun has been a rockstar tack driver since day 1 (with the right ammo).
I recently purchased a diamondback db10 in 308 but am building a second upper in 6.5 creedmoor. I talked to customer service about receiver height and they claimed that it follows the Don's high profile, but from bottom of the upper to the top of the rail is 2.05". I'm not finding much if any info on actually spec and want my handguard rail to be even with the receiver. Can anyone confirm their receiver heights, handguards used, and how they mated up together?
