Yes, protrusion as well as overall length - length if no depth mic handy would be fine. I am finding just how proprietary Ruger was in designing this rifle... Thanks for the reply!

Greetings all! Live in north central Ill (NOT chicago or burbs) where our governers make the license plates. Will be bailing out of this place when retirement happens but for now - here I am. Found this site searching for something 7.62 related a while ago - bookmarked as everyone seems pretty helpful and friendly.

I know the SR 762 is very much yesterday's news, but as I still own one I need some information that I cannot provide myself at the moment. Could one of you measure the OEM firing pin length, and standoff from the bolt face? It would be much appreciated information... Forum search did not turn up this info, at least as far as I could see. Thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to provide this information!
