You guys helped tremendously in figuring this out, thank you! I've replaced the buffer and spring and... BAMM!!! Cycles perfectly every time, and locks back on an empty mag. I've got this thing zeroed out to 800 yards.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I've reached out to Arm or Ally asking them to clarify that the setup they sold me is designed for the 6.5.

10-4, I have a rifle stock, not a carbine stock on it. My barrel is a 24" 6.5 Creedmoor rifle length AR 308

the buffer is 5.6″ @ 10.5oz

Hello from Louisiana. I recently finished my AR308 (6.5 Creedmoor) build. I cannot get the bolt to go back any further than 2/3 of the ejection port. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
