Well, not quite sure what's sixoclock , so here's top sides & bottom... My intent is to free float this barrel, however if too difficult a take down, I guess I'd just suck it up & just get new barrel ... oh, I did take the pins out but the brake seems really stuck on there! wasn't sure if need a puller of some kind, or to be unscrewed? and thank you for the tech info post! invaluable! especially since Armalite been sold and nothing remains of the old AR15.com industry info...

I have an Armalite AR-10 A4 (carbine)from the Clinton ban years and would like to know if the flash suppressor is just pressed on & pinned? or is it also welded? might it also be threaded? ...and, any suggestions on how to remove it??? Many thanks
