buffer tube is 9.75” long Buffer length is 5.300 buffer weight 21oz total weights in side the buffer 2.5 oz per 6 total Action spring 35 coils 30 if you subtract the 5 I cut off actions spring length 10.75” total missing 5 coils

Hello everyone I need help I have been building my Aero for about 18 months I finally was able to get the last few parts. Well to my horror I go to my local club to run it and it will not cycle at all whatsoever will not lock open on last round fired. The gas block is on correctly I know it because the carbon ring was perfect around the gas port. So I know it’s not that. So here is my build list Aero M5E1 builders kit bought from Aero,Krieger 20” rifle gas system .936 gas journal m110 profile barrel with JP bolt matched to the barrel at Krieger, superlative arms adjustable gas block, the buffer is a Brownells AR10 rifle buffer,the action spring/buffer spring is also from Brownells AR10 rifle spring, Magpul PRS Gen3 with the rifle receiver extension/buffer tube, and a Geissele 2 stage trigger flat shoe, what is the matter with this rifle it’s all quality parts all of should be working but it’s not. All I want is for my rifle to run I saved a lot of money and waited a long time to get it together. Any help from you guys that know this system would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone I’m having the same cycling issues as the op. However my rifle is all rifle everything Magpul prs gen 3 with rifle receiver extension,brownells 308 buffer spring and the Brownell’s 308 buffer, Aero M5E1 builders kit, Krieger M110 20” .936 gas journal barrel with the matching JP bolt paired up with the Aero nickel boron bolt carrier, Krieger sells the JP bolt with there AR10 barrels, Superlative arms adjustable gas block .936 also, rifle length gas tube. My rifle will not cycle at all whatsoever I had to cut 5 coils to get it to cycle and even then it wasn’t the best it would jam from time to time. And I never was able to actually lock back on last round fired. Please help me and I want to make it clear I’m not trying to steel the post I’m just as curious as everyone else.
