So a year ago purchased a inexpensive ar10 from cbc industries see to be ok for my uses last round hold open doesn't work but shoots with ok accuracy. I lived up north did alot of coyote hunting with a thermal so just used my ar15. This year I moved south to a place where they respect my freedoms and been do as much hog hunting as I am coyote so like to use my ar10 but the cbc industries has a 20 inch barrel lugging that around sucks like to go to shorter barrel. I did order a silencer deadair sandman s still waiting for that but with all those changes still want my gun to function properly so I have a few questions hoping you can help. Looking at a faxon barrel with a mid length gas port my cbc has rifle length,
Will the faxon 16 barrel fit the cbc industries upper?is a new mid length gas tube and adjustable gas block work to make my gun function properly?
Or do I need to change buffer system as well?
