Any instructions on how to set up a piston system?

I have a couple of the POF upper and lowers I'm building and have been looking for information on how to set up the piston system on one.  I've checked the site and it says it will be covered elsewhere, but I can't find it.  I also tried to Google it but no luck there either. I can't find the piston gas block setup, but I did see that POF has the op rod, piston, and regulator that they sell on there site, just no gas block....

Any idea's would be much appreciated
