.308 Rounds Getting Stuck in Battery, misfires, rounds not loading from the Magazine.

Hello guys. I recently built an LR .308 with an Aero M5 builders set which includes both receivers, hand guard, pistol grip and adjustable B5 stock. I bought a Wilson Combat fluted 18" barrel with a Wilson Combat Nickel Boron BCG. The muzzle break is from Blackout Defense. My charging handle is a WarHammer. For the gas system, I installed a Riflespeed adjustable gas block with a straight tube, also from Riflespeed. My buffer spring is from Aero and the buffer weight is from Odin works. Bought .308 Hexmags. For the trigger, I just used Aero's Milspec trigger. I cleaned the rifles innards and made sure I oiled the usual parts.

I went to the range to fine-tune the gas first before zeroing in my Sig scope. I was using Federal 150 gr. soft tip .308 ammo. It took me around 4 rounds to get the gas right, where my cartridges were ejecting around 3 to 4 o'clock. When i began zeroing my scope, that's when I started having issues. First the rounds would not load into battery. I figured it was the Magazine, so I brought out another one. Still happened. Sometimes the round will go into battery, and when i press the trigger, it would be a dud. When I rack the charging handle the unspent round would eject. Looking at the ejected round I noticed that it would either have a barely visible pin hit on the primer, or no hit at all.

After a few rounds, the unspent cartridge wouldn't even eject. Twice we actually had to use a bore cleaning tube to push out the round.

I examined the BCG and its fairly clean. The extractor was working fine in the beginning. One thing I noticed about this Wilson Combat BCG, it doesn't use a retaining pin. Where the pin should be, is a plug, and on the opposite side is a flat head screw. I contacted Wilson Combat but the are no help at all. I want to remove the bolt but I've never seen a BCG like this before with no visible retaining pin.

Any ideas on what could be the issue? I stuck and need help. Thanks a lot in advance.
