imschur Posted September 1, 2012 Report Share Posted September 1, 2012 I have noticed over the past two years Brownells has gone through a few different names for the 308AR platform. Most recently as the sidebar demonstrates AR 308. Today I was reading the description of the Black Rain Ordnance 308AR Receiver Sets and noticed Brownells is now referencing the platform as 308 AR.
