Heck yeah! There is something sweet about the fit and function of their work. The design is incredibly similar to H&K's, so it is not like it is a completely new technology. Added plus is that they use all American-made materials, all American labor to put it together, just feels good to help out a domestically-dedicated business! NOTE: Getting one of these is slow, expensive and arduous, but it has been well worth the wait for me.

The POF upper is almost 2x the price of a similar DPMS Rifle. I just decided that I'd prefer the piston operated platform over the direct impingement offered by DPMS on their .308 platform. (Originally had trouble with this decision, hence the DPMS lower receiver.) I didn't let price deter me, just dove in head first and hoped for the best. Needless to say, I'm not disappointed to this point. Eventually would like to get a POF lower to put under this fella and MAY end up getting DPMS upper any way, but for now I'm happy with the function and accuracy of my current setup.

After my initial posting, and some wandering around on the site, I noticed that. I'm pretty sure the .308 platforms are gonna be huge as well. (Don't get me wrong, I'm just fine with the 5.56 crowd, but I just prefer the heavier metal!) I'll spread the word when making my rounds. Would like to see this grow!!

Just saying "hey" and hoping to have some decent discussions and learn all I can. Newb to the site and to the platform. Built up my first .308 lower and mated it with a very nice POF upper. Now, I have to find some optics......

Just curious to see if anyone else has incorporated a POF upper and a DPMS lower? Thought I'd see more POF-talk here than zero posts.....
