can anyone tell me the laws in tennessee in regards to short barrel rifles?

I will be attending a basic Police Sniper course in Sept. I need to find a decent .308 168 grain match grade round. I will be needing 500 rounds. Does anyone know of a good bulk order website to buy good match grade ammo?

did you get the 16", 18", or 20" barrel? how does she shoot?

ok this maybe a stupid question, but I will put it to you anyways. How much of a noticeable difference does the barrel length from 16", 18", and 20" have on a semi auto .308? what difference does it make at all (other than length)?
