got it , the difference in the gas blocks was making my gas tube extend too far into the upper. simple fix tubing cutter removed 1/8" of the tube and works fine.

I just installed my sass barrel , however the bushmaster bolt will not close .

did you order the sass gas block with it?? it is my understanding that this is the only G block that will work with this barrel . mine is on the way . I hope it will fit the ORC

the bushmaster ORC is a midlength
