Are any CA dealers selling the CA Legal DPMS 308 lower yet?

Black Rifle in Rocklin, CA was carrying them. I got one several months ago. It came with the CA legal mag release and a 10rd mag for $404 out the door -

I've completed the lower for my 308 build. DPMS lower, Magpul PRS with monopod, Timney 3lb trigger, Panther style grip. For the upper I am thinking about using Fulton Armory side cocking receiver and their 20 bull barrel and FF tube. Has anyone had experience with this type of receiver.

Timney trigger AR10 or AR15

I have a DPMS 308 lower and was wondering what Timney trigger will fit. From what I have read the AR15 will fit and the AR10 has a slightly heavier hammer and one is 3lb pull the other 4lb. I am leaning towards the 3lb AR15. Any comments?
