I have Eotech 512 on my 308 for deer hunting. I sighted it in at 100 yards and ive shot up to 150 yards with no magnifer at all and shot dead center. I love mine and would never use another scope.

I just bought a FireField green laser cause i got a good deal on it for around 50 bucks. The laser is amazing but my pressure pad stopped working after 4 days and it wasnt even on my gun. Does that happen alot ?

Also if i can go deer hunting and at 50 yards see that green laser then I'd be happy.

Well they look nice to me and 100 isn't to bad. But I can't really afford anything over 100 because right now I'm working at belks and going to college. So it's kinda my budget plus I know the others that cost 250+ work alot better but I just like the look Barska. I don't know I'm going to Lexington today and there's a few places to look down there

I read that but than i read a review were a guy put it on a Ar10 an it messed up. I dont want to be out 100 bucks

Is it worth the 100 bucks to buy it and put it on my 308? Ive made my dpms 308 a tactical deer hunting rifle with a eotech, magnifier and few other goodies but i really want a laser and they look nice. What do you all think??

Would a slide fire solution stock for a ar 15 work on a dpms 308?

There are not any drop in rails for 308s are there ?

Your not being harsh i completely understand. Ive already spent close to 1700 bucks on my gun already. Im trying to pay my grandparents credit card of with my job at belk and it looks like it wont be getting any lower either ;). Ill probably fork 160 bucks and buy the high free floating rail on dpms for my gun. I just dont know how to put it on haha

i just found this. The only rail that will match mine is the free floating Highrail dpms sells. Its like 200 bucks

Well i have a dpms spotical 308. Midwest Industries have the drop in hand guards but the rail on it in the pictures is the same height as the rail on the gas block and not the top rail on the gun. On the oracle version it is same height as the rail on the gun. Why is that ?

It's going to be another month or so before I get I just don't want expensive if I can get cheap

I wouldnt mind spacing at the gas block. Im new to the AR. I want a quad rail to look like the one in the picture. But i cant find anything for 308 like that under 200 bucks. Or anything that just snaps in

Well i took the regular handguard off of my brother Windham .223 and it fit perfect on my .308. what would be the difference if im just sliding the rings that holds it into place on it ?

I have a Dpms lr 308 and I want a drop carbine length quad rail. I want the rail on the hand guard to equal in the rail on the upper of my gun. I snapped in a regular hand guard from a .223 on my gun and it fit the same.
