Basically his opinion was that one would be better off with an M1A or a FAL than with an AR10.

Hello to all: I am new on this site and am a bit confused and wonder if you in the know can give me your opinions. I had just about decided to start an AR-10 project when I read Boston's Gun Bible and the authors opinion of the AR-10 platform. it was not exactly enthusiastic, to say the least. I wonder if anyone here is familiar with the book/author and can comment. I would appreciate your opinions.
