Hello All, i am looking to change out the barrel on my LR 308 (dpms upper). i have the 16" barrel with the flash suppressor, but since in live in California......i know, i know, i would like to find out who makes a 16-18" barrel that does not have a threaded end to accept a flash suppressor. Can anyone help me with this? my thanks in advance.

The Flow chart is definately something only Kalifornia can create. I am now looking at purchasing another AR 15, and possibly another LR 308 lower or an AR10 lower, just in case another ban is on the horizon (which it probably is) also, mags, mags, mags.

I figured you were just steering me to the correct thread on my muzzle brake question <thumbsup> 98Z5V & Robocop1051 i have been asking around at a local gun shop near my house. they have instructed me on the do's and dont's when i ask the quesitons. but iwill send you PM Robocop and any info you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Jgun, In my haste to put my rifle together :P, i didnt even look at installing the spring and detent from the bottom. Now that i think about it, i believe there was a hole. I will review tonight and let you know. on a separate note, what is your opinion on installing a muzzle brake?

Hello All, I figured i needed to get my a$$ in gear and get my ar 15 and ar 10 in order before things change for the worse in CA. I have purchased a CMMG stripped lower, CMMG Mk3 stage 2 Trigger, Hogue Grip and i am still deciding on the stock. I purchased a DPMS oracle 16" upper that, in the future, i plan to put a CHF barrel on. I have my lower almost finished with the exception of the Take Down and Pivot Pin. Does anyone have any tricks or tips on how to install the take down pin? Also, can you tell me what magazines will work with my upper/lower combination? Thank you all in advance for your help!
