SI nice stuff for sure on there web site it showes the match 308 set letters being colored in red and white. They do not come like that least mine didn't. So I suppose it's extra money if ya want it .

My megowen custom barrel I have not got yet but Dan was really good to work with. Not sure what there lead time is I didn't ask just ordered. Trying to build an all Montana part ( mostly anyway) 308. If your going to go coustom barrel look at kreiger also they have bull barrels that come with gas block

What rail system would you guys recommend in a rifle length ?

No prob I've had really good luck with them Chris is good to work with I baught 3 stripped 223 lowers and the gen 4 308 set and they had them to me in no time Chris told me he can keep up with the demand on the matched set as of the beginning of the month things may have changed they got some really cool stuff coming out he showed a few of the guns going to shot show one really nice 308 with a 26 in kreiger bull barrel they have rails coming out as well but was sure when the would be out for the public to just buy and sounded like they where going with ar15 rails system first the 308 one I looked at was sweet hoping to get one for my build for sure

The Montana company SI Defence is cranking out there 308 gen 4 matched sets for $525 picked one up at the beginning of the month worth looking into for sure as far as other parts I wish you the best of luck

Hey I am building well trying to anyway my first AR. I have a gen 4 matched set 308 from SI Defence and they are a fine piece of work. I have 20 in megowen SS barrel being made in hbar profile with a rifle length gas port gonna run a heavy buffer and spring in a magpul PRS and an adjustable gas block I have some questions on all the pins to put everything together I don't know which ones work armalite or dpms and was wanting some info on what trigger,BCG(if one ever comes available ) I should use, and rail system thanks for all your help
