Here's a picture of my .308 build with it's little brother,,, DPMS Upper... Tactical Ambush 16 inch fluted barrel... APF Nickle Boron Carrier & DPMS Bolt... Quinten Defence 80% lower with DPMS LPK... The upper and barrel will be sent out to have a 12.5 inch rail installed with the other small parts... Should be done next week sometime,,,

Howdy from MN... Do your homework well when building a .308 AR... I'll be into mine for around $950 when it's all done...

I have a stripped barrel and DPMS Upper like the one in th bottom link... They are going out monday to be assembled by a local smith... That was my plan A... PSA's price was right I just wish it would have worked... I'll post some pics when i get it back...

Received my upper yersterday from PSA and it will not work with the LR308 lower... Carrier sits to low in the upper and hangs up on the buffer tube and mags won't seat... PSA offered a full refund it's getting sent back today...

Not sure of that doesn't sound like the PSA upper is going to work with my LR-308 style lower... PSA says they will work others say different... Have to wait a couple more days to find out... I may have jumped the gun so to speak when I ordered the upper... I have a Jack Squats puzzle piece lower I could use and adjust the height of the buffer tube if thats the problem with PSA matching up to LR-308 lowers... Time will tell...

Got the AR-10 bug when PSA started offering there line of 7,62 rifle parts... Everything should be here this week for my build... Hope it goes smoother than others that have bought PSA's AR-10 parts... I'll post more as things go togeather... Wish me LUCK!!!
