Both really great ideas and Thank You ! While researching BCGs, I found a NiB BCG by Black Rain Ordinance along with their 18" fluted Stainless barrel. Boy, is this stuff expensive ? Thanks Everyone !

Hi gang ! I'm building an LR308 and wanted to put a stainless steel, fluted, 16 to 18 inch barrel on this. I am having a dickens of a time locating said barrel description. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions ? Additional: I have been in contact with all of the site's sponsors with no luck. thanks, Jim B

Hi Guys & Gals, I've been bitten by the "build bug" once again after building a few Ar-15s. I have decided to go with the DPMS platform and , will stick with a 7.62/.308 caliber. The build will be for plinking and 3-gun participation which I have done with my AR-15s.

Google search ! I am beginning a DPMS platform build and, will be looking for parts and suggestions; Barrel length ?,,,mil-spec versus semi-custom ? All of the boring questions that I have asked when I did the AR-15.
