82 halo, no heat per DPMS, only makes the backstop harder. I already tried alittle heat

82 halo, yes sir not touching that upper receiver, barrel vise only but its tough because the barrel is short an the gas block is in the way

Engrbob, no talked to DPMS, said only 14.5 barrels are pinned, this one just has Backstop holding it, so Im soaking it in water

Always looking for information on rifles, thought i'd sign up an see what I can learn! Current working on a DPMS G2 Recon. Its shooting well but still working up some loads and adding some goodies. Anybody ever tried to get the AAC flash hider off this gun, what a @#%$!! Want to replace it with a P.O.F. three chamber muzzle break.
