  1. As of last night myself and my friends have done almost 80 80% lowers both AR15 and AR10 using that same jig. Its from 80%Arms and its the best I have used so far. Its cost was around $300 for the complete jig and well worth it. The extra side drill blocks are a must if you use a drill rather than a drill press. So far the Ridgid router has been the best I have used. Bosch was the next best. At this point I have used almost every 80% lower offered from the most expensive to the cheapest crap there is. Ar15, Ar10, Ar9, and Ar45 all milled out very nicely with this jig. I found the billet 6061 T6 machined best. Cast forgings were the worst. Plastic is Garbage, all of it, they don't hold up.
