Hey, so all my friends and family are "old school" and know little/nothing about modern stuff so internet is the only place I have to get information.
Bca upper and carbine buffer, aero precision m5 lower. .308/7.62 NATO..
So, this thing is oddly predictable in its failures.
I strip, clean and lube it.
Then, I fire it. Totally reliable. SOMETIMES I'll rock n roll and have fun with the binary but that just burns money and wastes ammo. Has no effect on reliability, i even reinstalled original trigger... same pattern, unchanged. Gun will cycle every bit as fast as my finger can move/as fast as the gun rattles in "binary mode"
After shooting, I strip and clean, followed by lube.
Then, I fire it. Roughly 50/50 ftf/fte rate. Absolutely .awful!
Clean and lube. Reliable. Clean and lube. Hunk of poop. Clean and lube. Reliable. One then the other, over and over and I'm at a loss. I've even recorded myself servicing/firing it and compared, to see if I am doing something different every other time, and nothing. only meaningful difference I saw was how soon I shot after scrub and lube.. changed up and made that consistent, no change.
