FaRKle!
So this past weekend I had a little time to function check my returned PWS MK216 rifle. I loaded up 5 rounds into the mag and began firing slowly. On round 4, the charging handle flew back and almost bopped me in the face. "WTF?" I thought, "I've never had this happen before!" As I inspected the handle I noticed that the latch lever was bent such that when it was pulled back into the recess of the handle it had enough friction to not come forward and engage the detent. I'm not sure how you'd even bend the latch without either dropping the rifle on it (there weren't any marks elsewhere on the rifle) or by placing a block on it and hitting it with a hammer (I can see this happening if it gets stuck in battery). Now I can't say for certain, but I'm 95% sure the latch worked fine and wasn't bent before I sent it off to PWS (BMoney and I were shooting it a bunch just before it got sent off and had no charging handle malfunctions). Still, I can't prove PWS may have damaged it while it was there.Anyways, I sent an email to BCM asking them if I could just purchase a new latch since the handle portion is fine and the damage wasn't due to BCM's fault. This is the reply I got this morning:Hi FaRKle!,Thank you for contacting us. All BCMGUNFIGHTER™ charging handles carry a lifetime replacement warranty. Simply ship the charging handle to us with the attached RMA form, and we will send you a replacement charging handle. Please use EM-21OMGAWESOME4-1337L as your RMA number.Thank youNeedless to say, I'm quite surprised, yet not at the same time, at extent to which BCM is going to make me a continued happy customer. Their good reputation is well deserved. Edited March 23, 2015 by FaRKle!
Bad Wolf
I've only heard good things about them. I have several of there products and my only complaint is with the pistol grip. It has sharp edges that need to be beveled for comfort.

Dane Armory
BCM blem uppers I got years ago are still great. So are the BCG's and Charging Handles. Only problem I have ever had has been Back Orders. And you can't blame them for that.
