Mega arms maten receiver/ dpms questions

So for my build I'm looking at getting a mega arms maten upper and lower set. On the mega arms website it says it's compatible with dpms upper parts; now this is what my question is about. Does dpms have an ar-10 style or only the lr-308 and if so is there a difference in hand guards/rails and barrels? First build so any help or links to threads would be much appreciated!

If it's "DPMS compatible" then you're looking at LR-308 compatibility. AR-10 handguards will not work due to the different barrel nut thread.

 

Another point to note is the difference between the DPMS high profile and low profile upper receiver (which will matter when choosing your handguard/rail). Most DPMS compatible uppers (except new DPMS stuff) will use the high profile handguard/rail.
