DPMS G2 Ambi Charging Handle

I have a question maybe someone can answer. I am unable to find an ambi charging handle for my G2 308. I called DPMS and was told that no one has made one yet. I did see a website, precision reflex that does offer a gas buster but they don't make it ion an ambi. I bought an AXTS handle but it was too long. Any ideas? Can I get one and have it cut down and rewelded maybe at a machine shop?

AFAIK the only company that makes G2 pattern parts is Adams Arms with their Small Frame .308. Maybe you can ask them if they've got an ambi handle coming out.
