First build and couple of issues

Ok I bought a Red X Arms lower and upper. It said AR 308 lower and 308 upper. My Black rain single stage trigger went in very easy as the selector switch and Armalite bolt catch. I had ordered these nice AR10 titanium take down and piviot pins but they were to short. There's my first problem. The titanium mag catch screw was also to short. Second problem. I have an A2 buffer tube coming and have the Armalite AR10 buffer spring and carbine buffer to sit in a Magpul PRS with a buttstock extender. Does this sound right? I have my barrel which is a black rain 24" single fluted bull barrel. I'll probable go with a black rain gas block. If there's anything I'm doing horribly wrong here let me know please. Any advice would be greatly appreciate....

welcome, first things first idk for sure but it sounds like your lower is "dpms" pattern specially stamped ar308. Armilite runs their own pattern, I would assume that's why your pins were to short.
