Daniel Defense DDM5V1???

Has anyone on the forum bought one or have first hand experience with these rifles?

I have had a chance to hold one but am uncertain if the $2500 price is worth the coin?

Abit late, well maybe 9 months anyway.  I picked mine up and instantly love it.  Just got an old scope and DD Rapid Transition sights on it.  The slim hand guard does heat up after 15-20 rounds, so you need gloves or get a rail panel kit.  After looking at different styles and costs of rail panels, I went with Bravo Co, and they do just fine.  Recoil is tolerable. Not wicked, but felt.  The price is something we all deal with.  I feel it is worth the money paid.
