Most Affordable AR-10/308 Makes and Models

I'm interested in an AR-10 and am looking for the most affordable brands and models.  So far, DPMS seems to be the cheapest and I was wondering if there were any others out there that compare in price.

For sub $1000 I think DPMS is the only game in town.  If you are willing to step up over the 1K price range you also have Armalite and RRA.  It's really going to come down to the purpose of the rifle you need and the setup you want.

Uncle Armalite missed an opportunity for a clarification. The only AR-10 is an Armalite. AR-10 is improperly used to describe other 308 AR's.
