Talk about good customer service

I use a Lee hand press for all my reloading.  Last night while  full length sizing some 308 brass the handle broke between the pivot and the piston.

I sent their customer service an e-mail last night, the site said to expect 24 to 48 hours for a response.  They e-mailed me back this morning requesting a picture of the breakage.  I had anticipated this and had one ready on my phone.

They shipped out a new handle today.

Awesome service.
