TNP
I do really like the Bushmaster 308 ORC. But I have had FTE problems shortly after acquiring it. Changed springs, and buffer but still could not get what I thought a black gun should perform under. Wanted to put an adjustable gas tube in. Never could figure out which one to order. So finally called Midway. And sure enough, got the wrong one. Dang, I was pissed. So I took my stock tube out and the wrong one Midway sent and went and made my own. Work and it getting dark earlier only allowed enough time to get it adjusted today and bust off about 15 rounds. All 15 went through it as it should have all along. Hell yeah. Going to slip off tomorrow afternoon and really smoke some rounds and see if the first test holds true. Nothing like holding on the horns of this beast and emptying a full mag without the FTE. Will keep you posted.

TNP
I was able to get out some this afternoon. It dumped two 20 round mags as fast as you could pull the trigger. I think I am now where I need to be. It is about time. No stove peipe or fte.

rhinegarten
Wow TNP. I'll bet that was a wild ride! I don't even like to do that with a puny little AR-15, which up until about two or three months ago wasn't so "puny" in my world. Pretty good test though.
