Since this has been revived here's my advice.

Use a sentence as your password.

Some passwords can have spaces and some can't.  If there is no limit to the number of characters either use something like:

This is a secure password.

or

Thisisasecurepassword.

Both are EXTREMELY secure passwords and would take YEARS to decrypt.  Even better would be to put in a number when possible.
