SWATSniper Posted September 11, 2010 Report Posted September 11, 2010 Some of my last service ribbons. The ribbon on lower right indicates service, actually being on duty, on the day and at the time of the attacks. I was on duty as a School Resource Officer at a High School in Rutherford County. I watched the news live with the principal after the first plane hit. We watched it live, and... in total horror, as the second plane hit. We realized we were under attack from terrorist. In the words of the president at the time, G.W. Bush; “Freedom was attacked, and freedom will be defended”. Freedom WAS and IS being DEFENDED still today by brave Americans. 9/11/01 NEVER, and I MEAN NEVER, FORGET!!
